Teepak is a high quality cellulose casing used in the production of small diameter sausages that guarantees excellent performance for the customer during stuffing, cooking and peeling.
Teepak casings are available in a wide variety of calibers US (14-44) and length (55’ to 265’) to meet all customer needs. The casing is highly permeable, allowing uniform cooking and smoking and forming a strong skin.
Teepak casings have unique enchanged peeling characteristics, with many customized formulations developed to improve hot dog operations.
