KMC is a specialist in development, production and sales of starches including native potato starch, modified potato starch, cold swelling starches, native tapioca starch and agriculture based ingredients such as potato granules and flakes.
The KMC company headquarter is in BRande, Denmark. KMC operates three native potato granules/flakes factory in Denmark, as well as production sites for potato and tapioca starch in China and Vietnam, respectively.

In addition, KMC has developed a new manufacturing process to produce calcium gelling pectin.
